I'm going to attempt WILD tonight, with a WBTB at around 2:30 - 3:00 going to bed at 10:00.

My main question is, how long should I stay awake for with the WBTB? Is it the sort of thing where you wake up only long enough to go to the loo / become properly awake, or do you stay up for longer?

Also, what do I do if it feels like I'm not going to fall asleep? Last time I tried WILDing I just progressively became very relaxed, but I didn't get hallucinations. Is this when I start a mantra or counting breaths?

Thanks for any help. I think it's probably unlikely I'll get a lucid tonight, but I want to try it anyway. Last time I fell asleep after feeling very relaxed and ended up recalling a good dream
