Since it is a nap, it shouldn't take too long to hit SP during normal sleep. I think an hour and a half is plenty of time for you to DILD/MILD. If you want to go the path of a DILD/MILD, go to sleep expecting to succeed in having a LD. Get in the mindset that you know, 100% fact, that you will succeed. Alot of times, this confidence alone can help you become lucid. You can also try thinking, "The next time I am anywhere but this bed, I will be dreaming." Good Luck in your nap! |
