I don't get it. I can get into SP easily in like 2 minutes. I honestly can't believe it takes some people 15 mins to get into SP because it is so easy for me. |

I've already looked at those. Ugh, I guess I'm not really stating it clearly, but it's not that I'm stuck before exiting. I'm kind of stuck in the middle of SP, where I'm not in a trance, I think. I don't know how to explain it. Ugh, I'll go look at them again when I have time. |

maybe you're not in your REM cycle? sometimes i have to wait a while to catch the REM part of my cycle. patience pays off. in the meantime i meditate. i find 4 am to 6 am is the best time by the way for some reason. |

I usually only try WILDS for naps since WBTB will keep me up if I don't get it right, so I should be able to do it. :/ |

A good way I have read to jump in is to pretend there is a pole through your body that enters at your belly button, Now try and rotate your dream self so your dream head is where your feet are and you dream feet are where you head is. |

How do you know it wasn't true SP? It took me a year to realize that I have just been feeling relaxed numbness until I actually experienced true SP after i took a nap before going to sleep. It was drastically different. But that is your judgement whether u knew for sure. |
