or after sleeping for awhile then going back to bed? Cuz I've always thought you could only do it after having a few hours of sleep but last night I did it without having been asleep then waking up and trying. I probably just don't remember right, but can someone clear this up? |

Yes, it use to happen to me several times a week about 5 to 10 minutes of laying down and this was before i learned what sp or lucid dreaming was. |

I can get into SP before going to sleep. Usually only partial SP (like it starts to come on, but doesn't happen fully), but sometimes full if I get it right. |
