Thumbs down Help please.Wild attempts going good until..

well i tried it again i woke up from a dream i was having then tried WILD.first thing hear is a beeeep sound(ear ringing i think its called)then couple seconds after that comes up,my body gets numb and same time i started hearing a person screaming with a gargling sound?? like if he was choking on something.while that was going on i started seeing bunch of green circle orbs or sphere looking things with numbers on them counting down...k after everything passed i ended up in a dream BUT didnt go lucid in it!?!?!?

so far its been easy getting to that point(only annoying thing is holding from swallowing my saliva but it passes after awhile)but when in a dream just didnt notice i was dreaming.

      Any tips ?

You are falling asleep. Once you reach that state with the green orbs, you need to take control. What people usually say, is simply imagine something, and focus on it. One way I once did it was imagining myself on a bike. Suddenly I was just riding the bike. It is quite interesting really

You're losing conciousness right at the edge of a dream. You need to pick an orb, object, or concept, and will yourself into the scene. Usually, when I WILD, I either start with a dream in mind, and create it on the way down, or pick one of the random images and imagine myself moving towards it, and eventually getting consumed by it/entering it. Then you're aware of entering the dream, so you stay lucid.
