I got "sweat dripping nightmare mindfuck" FA's once, but never since. The best advice I can offer is to keep a positive attitude. FA's shouldn't be scary, and there's no need to feel trapped. Just be glad you're lucid and do something fun! |

I'm kind of scared of WILDing, since WILD'ing may cause false awakenings, and that (FA's) happens to me a lot and everytime it does it's a sweat dripping nightmare mindfuck. |

You mean, waking up and realizing you're in a dark room, in a dream? Maybe practice control in DILDs (if you get them) until you're more confident. |

yeah what you said demara, waking up in a dark room, but not just that, you know, it's actually there's always something going wrong or some freaky ass person in my room... a lot of times i start floating too and i have no control over it (except a couple of times and it was crazy fun) |

You can get FAs from DILDs as well, so you really shouldn't let it get to you if you want to keep on being lucid. |
