      Is this SP?

      I've gotten to a stage where my arm feel very heavy, my arm jerks around a bit and i feel like i'm floating around. Is this SP? because I can't seem to enter a lucid dream from there.

      I don't think that's SP. I always get those feelings if I lay still long enough. Trust me, when you get SP, you'll know it.

      with SP you just feel like something like a heavy sheet is holding you down (for me at least) you probably went through PRE-SP

      Well I think im in a similar situation? Last night I was going for a WBTB WIlD and After about 15 mins I felt like i literally sunk into my mattress, like i had turned to lead. Any thoughts on this? SP?
