      Question I don't even get vibrations?

      I attempt WILDS but i feel no signs of SP which are common ....Why is that?

      For starters, vibrations are not sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis is when your muscles become, well, paralyzed while you are still awake. What everyone talks about when referring to those are "hypnogogic hallucinations". And yes, a hallucination can be more than just visual - it can come from any of your senses.

      And as for the lack of experiencing these, don't worry. It is common, but not required, that you experience anything. It's likely you may just slip from your waking state to being asleep. That has happened to me before. Just keep your mind focused on whatever you are focusing on and it should work.

      I never feel SP either. I DO get the vibrations though, but mostly when I'm not relaxed enough.
