What are these vibrations

What are these vibrations that i hear so many people getting while in sp? Because i never get these when i'm in sp, and how do you get them? Or do they come by accident or something? What do the vibrations feel like, i'd like to experience this.

I don't know if they actually are part of SP. I've had one experience where I heard loud noises and stuff, and that was quite different from the vibrations that I can get quite easily. Basically, for me it's a tingling sensation. It's hard to describe, but it almost feels like I'm standing in an accelerating train as well. It's not that discomforting, I actually find it far too exciting and fun, so it's hard to relax enough to transition into a dream.

Hypnagogic or hypnopomic hallucinations. Sometimes they accompany SP, and sometimes they don't. They can take effect to any of the five senses while going to sleep or waking up. A lot of people think they're in SP because of HH when in actuality, HH can occur with out any form of sleep paralysis.

Good points guys, yeah and that's very very true akono, because i remember one of my recent his, i wasn't in sp, i could actually move quite freely, i just didn't want to move. I moved very little during one of my episodes of seeing hi.

What are these vibrations that i hear so many people getting while in sp? Because i never get these when i'm in sp. You're lucky. I'm one of those who really struggles to get past SP and the vibes. For some people it's just unpleasant, for others no big deal. Funny thing is it's all in our heads and the way we interpret nerve signals.
