      WILD/DEILD for the weekend

      This weekend I'm going to try the simplest way to WILD.
      The DEILD!

      This is what I'm going to do step by step:

      2. Set my alarm to ring at my normal wakeuptime around 6.00pm or someting
      and have a mp3 with headspeakers ready.

      3.Go to sleep

      4.Wake up of the alarm, turn it of and play the mp3 song. OR I randomly wake up in the night and try wild even earlier !

      5. (The mp3 song is a 15 minutes of silence then a alarm that shut down by itself) and when it beeps I will quickly remember to lie still and be aware.

      6. It's here I hope it will be PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TIME!

      Attempt 1

      Ok this night I woke up from the first alarm and set my mp3 to ring 15 minutes later but it was to loud and I didn't want the others to wake up, it was after all early in the morning so I turned it off and went back to sleep

      This night I will adjust the volume on the mp3

      Good luck on it! If it doesn't work for you, you might want to look into the 90 Days WILD Project in the Research board. I'm involved in it and have made progress toward WILDing. I'm still a ways off, but I'm closer than I've been in the past.

      So close =(

      Ok this night time I almost did a wild , I think. I woke up, set the alarm (15 minutes) then when the alarm started to sound I remembered to DEILD. I started to see hypnagogic imagery and got too excited =(

      I saw the HI and didn't let the dream to stabilize itself so I just got up and screamed I'M DREAMING! But I wasn't
