      WILD Hallucinations

I am planning on trying to WILD instead of DILDing because I have been DILDing for awhile and have found it unrealiable. And I want to try something more advanced. I just wanted to know how many of you experience hallucinations and how often so I know what to expect.

      wild

No expert here - I have Wilded exactly twice now, the second time being two nights ago. Both times the transition was very similar. I feel my body sort of slide in space - like breaking loose kinestheticaly. Then a tidal wave of intense, buzzing, rushing, vibrating, flowing, chaotic body sensations hits me, totally engulfing me. It is very intense so I have to make a little effort to just surrender to it. If I didn't know what was going on it would be pretty scary. But because I know what it is, it is just way cool! This only lasts a few seconds and then all is quiet and I know I am in the dream state. I then sort of peel my dream body out of the sleeping body and walk away into a lucid dream world.

It would certainly qualify as hallucination, but primarily in the form of body sensations and sound.

Hallucinations fluctuate a lot from person to person. Expect it to be intense, but also harmless--know that it's not real and that nothing can hurt you. If you are really scared, tell yourself, "I'll just wait 30 seconds longer" and usually it'll stop, because SP doesn't last that long.

I've only had hallucinations a few times, but they've always been great fun. You can get weird noises, songs, feeling like you're sliding around or rolling, it's a laugh.

Personally I have experienced the watcher but never so much SEEN it sitting on my chest. However, I had had the experience of not being able to breathe very well. Here you must remain calm & know that you can control your muscles of respiration. If you fuck this up its okay you can try again. The best time to try is after you just did so don't worry.

I have found that when breathing is dificult I can open my throat gently AS IF I were choking. I only need to exert slight pressure to gain back my sanity. I don't know if what I am doing is happening physically or if its only in my mind. However, when I do this I don't try and maintain the pressure consciously. Its like opening your car door. Open it and it stays unless acted on by a greater force.

Remain calm and follow your instinct
Thought plus emotion creates attitude. Attitude plus action creates experience and experience determines reality

Some people get that, but not everybody. The closest thing I've ever had was the feeling of a huge snake sliding up beside me.

I believe you're talking about the old hag. IF YOU ARE, I'd like to inform you that the old hag isn't an actual real person. It's just a name for unwanted sleep paralysis.

Some people get the sensation of someone or something sitting on their chest. Throughout the years, it's gotten a few nicknames like "the old hag" or "demon on the chest", but it's really nothing to worry about.
      Check this out.

Yep, did you read that list of superstitious crap different cultures have come up with to explain SP over the years? At least we have the benefit of knowing it's nothing to fear. Like Louie said, there isn't actually a hag kicking back on top of you.
