It sounds like your sleep paralysis was in the beginning stages and was still kind of weak. It's best to just relax until you're actually in a lucid dream. I find that even once I first enter a lucid dream it's like I have to learn to walk all over again. My legs are kind of weak and I have to get my balance. Don't rush into the dream. Gain control before you go exploring. So next time this happens don't move around, just try to relax even more until you float out of your body, fall through your mattress, or feel like you're standing on your feet. |
