I tried it last night, but I didn't do it at the proper time. I did seem to have more dreams and to be half aware during them; almost drifting in and out of consciousness. I'm going to try it again tonight. I did have some trouble with my mind being very active and I think some of this came from getting up and going to the bathroom. I feel that it would work based off of LaBerge's theories in Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming. I think it has great potential so let us know if it works for you! |
