The best way to do sleep paralysis to not think about remaining still! I recommend doing this in the morning or in the afternoon during a nap. If you focus on your breathing, counting as you breath in and saying "concentrate" as you breath out, you can focus on the hypnagogic imagery and SP becomes easier to attain. I hope that helps.

SP just comes to you, in my experience. I've had a few moments of involuntary shudders or spastic movements from my body parts (not to be confused with night terrors, which I've also had), and this kind of messes up my concentration, but I don't believe that twitching toes will keep you from going into SP fully.

Just let it happen and move on to the transition into the dream. Never forget that too much focus on getting to the SP stage of WILDing isn't helpful when aiming at a lucid dream. Good luck.

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.
