Okay, i've attempted to WILD over 18 times and only once reached what I perceived to be SP. Now, I thought to myself that I may be completely missing it all, I always assumed you would see HI projected onto the back of your eyelids, as if you were watching these bright colours, what I HAVE done is at about 200-300 breath counts is thinking about something passively and letting this entire 'short dream' play itself out in the back of my mind while I focus on counting my breathing. However, I'm not sure what to make of it seeing as I never entered sleep paralysis (to my knowledge) and when I gave up trying, I could simply sit up (without being paralysed).

I'm starting to loose motivation after putting all this effort in with no feedback or improvement.
