So I been trying to WILD the past few days, and being I stay up too late every night recently I just pass out like a drunken irishman :3 (no offense to anyone!)
Anyways!
What I do to relax is I lay there with my eyes open and just stay still and my whole body gets numb quicker then closing my eyes because I can focus and get distracted by my TV or w/e. But what I'm trying to get at is I just get to the whole relaxation part just keeping my eyes open waiting for my body to fall asleep more then close my eyes and it seems to make things move a little faster.
