      Question HI, noob here.

I have not yet had a WILD but I have tried for several days and naps. I just have one question, when I'm entering SP, i sometimes twitch, on my arm or leg, does that mean I have to start all over, or is it a small bump in the road to success? Also, one time I came very close to a LD, like the vibrations getting heavy and my pulse rising substantially, and I thought I was there and I opened my eyes but I wasn't. When can I open my eyes?

Before you open your eyes, you will enter a phase of SP known as "HI," or "Hypnagogic Imagery." During HI, you will most likely see many dream scenes, as well as experience various sounds. Eventually a dream will form. You may "wake up" to the back of your eyelids, but don't be so quick to judge- it may be a False Awakening. During a FA, you dream that you have woken up. From a FA, you can proceed to leave your home and do whatever after you perform reality checks/ stabilization.
