Sigh. Don't aim for sleep paralysis, aim for the WILD. |

I've been experimenting with sleep paralysis. |

Well, I don't know how to advise you, other than to say don't focus on SP, just let it come naturally. It's a side-effect of WILD, you don't need it, and it's not the main goal. You might have a successful WILD without experiencing SP. |

Don't say you pay for the beeps. I've been in that side and I joined it, but I did not purchase all the beeps... they are expensive. Specially the OBE ones... |

Unfortunately I can't help you there. I can relax without stretching. However, you might do some stretching exercises on your bed, you can google for that and for sure you find some. Focusing you are relax and your muscles stretched might help as well. |

I feel like I get close to SP. I sometimes get dizzy or feel like I'm not in control of my breathing. I stay completely still and then the feeling disappears. I've never got past this stage or got HI or any hallucinations for that matter. I can lie there perfectly still for hours and just get up at any point I desire.. not exactly paralyzed, but my limbs feel tingly and slow. I've given up on WBTB because of how frustrating it is. |

Reality Check
