      Insane Itching

Last night i went to sleep and thought i would try to enter SP it was fine after the first 20 minutes and i had a great sense of pins and needles, but then i started getting a itch this itch was unbelievable i actually wanted to ravage myself! In the end the urge was so bad i had to scratch it so i decided to roll on my side i was extremely relaxed and the after about 5 minutes that insane urge come back!

Whats the cause of this itching it keeps ruining my attempts!

A couple of things that i have to tell you about the itching because i had a severe problem with that, first as other people said that is just to test you to see if you're still awake. Secondly, because you get comfortable just scratch in different place or better yet take a bath or shower before bed and put some lotion on; the bath or shower might, it might, make prevent you from itching, hopefully someone elese can help you better with the itching.

Your first problem is focusing on SP, but that's not what you're asking about, so I'll refrain from ranting on the issue.

If you've got an itch, scratch it. Being uncomfortable makes WILDing that much harder.

Don't sweat it if you're forced to reset. By picking a good time to WILD, you should already be pretty close to falling asleep.

Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do to prevent itching from occurring. Not that I know of anyways; I could be entirely wrong.
