      Keep Falling Asleep WILDing Help

So far I've done about 6 or so WILD attempts and I keep falling asleep. I only entered SP once in which I started seeing images very quickly or so but I the only reason I got that far was because I had a lot of coffee before sleeping which kept my mind awake I'm reasoning.

Apart from that one caffeine drived experience, i fall asleep before entering SP after I feel my body very relaxed and limbs immobile. Although my limbs feel that disconnected I'm pretty sure its not SP because I didn't feel that wave of energy and the sensation of my body falling and the images like I did when I had the coffee.

I count my breaths in my head and ever since I've started trying to WILD I have improved my ability to relax and stay still. The only movement I do is swallowing and my eyelids tend to move a bit.

What can i do to help me stay awake?

Maybe you could plug in a fan before you do the WILD, and focus on the sound it makes.
I'm just thinking an external sound, not just your own thoughts, might help you stay awake?

Will try that but the fan seems pretty loud, at least to me since I usually sleep in silence but I'll try it considering the point of it is to keep me awake. Will post tomorrow how it goes, thank you.
