Exclamation Please confirm that this worked my FIRST attempt at lucid dreaming

Two days ago, I read about Lucid Dreaming, so after about 5 hours of researching different techniques, I set my mind on WILDing.

Now I would like you to read the following and answer the questions that follow:

I was going to sleep, set my alarm for 90 minutes before my normal wake-up time.

I woke up and began to chant, 1 I am dreaming, 2 I am dreaming, 3 I am dreaming

Eventually I took a break and opened my eyes, performed reality checks to be 100% positive I wasnt dreaming

I began chanting again and then, I felt insane, crazy noises, a strange sensation, lack of the ability to move, at this point I thought to myself, YES IT'S WORKING

Then, I woke up, I had 6 fingers and clocks were inconsitant

I could generally manipulate gravity i.e Jumping 6 feet off the ground and falling very slowly

The dream only lasted about 3 minutes, so I woke up and began the process again.

After chanting, I got that crazy sensation that I am almost positive was Sleep Paralysis based on research

I noticed many images passing by my eyes, focused on one, and I appeared there.

      1) Was this Lucid Dreaming (I am almost positive it was, because I was clearly aware, and was able to repeat the process twice in one morning/night

      2) Is there a way to induce a dream at say, Normal Bed Hours?

      3) If so, How?

      Thanks for your time

This was a lucid dream, and it is highly unlikely you will get a WILD during bed time hours.

learn how to DILD (dream induced lucid dream) meaning you become lucid in a regular dream and it doesnt mess with your sleep schedule. keep a dream journal to increase your dream recall, and do reality checks throughout the day
