      Red face Help Please

Lately I've been trying to Wild instead of Milding. Last night i tryed it 3 times, each one after I woke up. I fell asleep while counting during each one. Then I tried it twice in the morning. I stayed awake ,but muscles kept twitching. How can I get more aware? Do I have to start over if I twitch?
      Please respond...Thanks!

Involuntary muscle twitches are usually a sign that the method is going well. They're usually a sign your body is falling asleep. The goal is to keep your mind active during this time.

So to answer your question, no, quite the opposite.
