Try focusing on your breathing. Count your breaths if you need to. This will help keep your mind awake while your body settles itself. If sleep paralysis doesn't begin to set in after a while, starting with your feet, focus on each body part and feel it warming up and beginning to sink. Move up slowly to your head and you should feel SP come in a wave from bottom to top. This has worked for me so maybe it will work for you. Good luck |
