#454 - DILD - 4:03AM

I am out of town with my brother hanging out in a mechanic’s shop. We are good friend's with the owner and I see some one has an open beer sitting out. The own comes into the room and seems very drunk so we all start drinking. Some kid's join in but they take it way too far. A teenage girl and boy take turn shot-gunning can's of beer and one spills a lot. The boy takes a swim in the puddle of beer.

Our wife's stop in and want us all to go out. I tell them we already went bowling, but I'd be willing to go out again. I am surprised that no one seems to care about the teenagers staggering around drunk. I lay at them because they only drank three beers and they are totally wasted.

I leave to meet everyone wherever we are going and stop at a fast food restaurant. My old friend Carrie is working there and she seems a little annoyed to see me. I feel awkward and dismiss myself to the restroom. I notice the restroom is very small and only has space for one urinal. I pee then take a look in the mirror. I am shocked that my hair is completely shave off. I look really good bald, but miss my hair. I wonder if someone shaved my hair when I was drunk, but I don't see how I wouldn't know. Suddenly, it dawns on me and I say to my mirror DC, "I am dreaming!" I watch my reflection spin around as my hair now looks longer in places and with bald patches. I stare amused at this until I wake up.

Just a quick post to record a LD I had a few nights ago...

I am with old friend Carrie at her house. There are streams running from room to room and we are riding inner tubes. We are having some conversation, but get interrupted by a phone call. As she talks I look around and notice that we are flowing out the front door into a river. I look around then up. I see the day time moon with a shining set of rings around it. The rings start rotating around and I recognize this dream sign (odd things in the sky) and I know that I am dreaming.

I notice that my wife is now with us on her own inner tube. Being lucid I think that I should do something with this dream so I stand up in the water and try to think. While I stand there my wife goes into the water and starts sucking my finger. I pull my hand away and then put it back. She starts sucking again and I absentmindedly feel around in her mouth. I am so shocked that I don't even know what to do with this dream. I just stand there unable to think with my finger in her mouth until I wake up.

4am coffee from 2 tbsp grounds with milk and sugar.

#416 - WILD

I wake at some point and try DEILD phase tech, but this time I was surprised by entering straight into it, skipping all the usual OBE stuff. I was only mildly lucid at first and thought that I was only seeing strong HI. I thought that I wasn't fully there and was trying to convince myself that I was dreaming, hoping that my dream time would catch up to my expectations. However, during the entire experience, I was already fully immersed in the dream and everything was extremely vivid. I even had the thought at some point that caffeine always makes my dreams more visually vivid.

I am standing next to a refrigerator in a kitchen that looks like the Smith's house, but my coworker bro Brandon is there. I see the fridge is so vivid and I take a closer look to stabilize — like I needed to. I note the eggshell texture on the door and the brownish fake wood handle. There is some chrome and I expect to see my distorted reflection. It's not there at first, but I do a double take and there I am. I feel like my eye are open extra wide and I can't believe how vivid the dream is. I look around for a moment and realize that I am in fact fully in the dream. Unfortunately, it's at this point that something external wakes me.

I had another vivid dream about swimming in an ocean and a shark bit my knee where I had been having pain in waking life. Strangely, my knee feels a thousand times better today.

I was really surprised by this dream so early in the night. I had only been a sleep 3 hours and had quite a bit to drink before.

#219 - DILD - 12:29AM

This is a little foggy in places but the first thing I remember is some image of a normal woman sort of melting into a pool on the floor and transforming into something hideous. My friend Jana shows up and I somehow understand that this is her nightmare. I tell her that the next time she sees this she just know that she is dreaming and take control of it. I say, "Look of this is just in your mind. It's probably stress or unresolved childhood issues." I look out side through a glass and there are larger than life bills stacked up. I point, "See?"


I realize something at this point and feeling surprised and a little unsure by this I stop and stare at her. Her appearance comes into sharp view. I say something like, "This is a dream isn't it?" She nods then I for some reason feel like we are sharing a dream. I say, "Are you lucid?" Again she nods. I become extremely excited and jump up and down grinning. She looks at me like I am an idiot and tells me something like, "Calm down." I realize that I could wake myself up so I do just that.
She then, takes my hand and pulls me out of the area that we are in. I realize this is a mall and we must have been in some store.

There is a little gap in memory here but we basically wonder around as she leads me on. There was something about CanisLucidus. We make our way into a small hallway. The floor is tiled and there is a potted tree in the corner.

I see the creepy lady at the end of the hallway coming our way. She looks a bit like Martha Steward and I know that she will turn into the monster at any moment. I tell Jana to just run past while I take care of her. I know that I can control the situation and I run toward her. I jump and somehow land on her back. I press my hands on both sides of her head and concentrate. I tell her that she will not change. Jana runs past and I jump of the woman. I tell Jana that she has to believe that she will go away. I look and the woman continues walking on like nothing happened. I say, "See? It's no problem."

FA to Running From Cops

My daughter woke me up in the middle of the night. I'm not sure what time. She was scared so I begrudgingly laid down with her in her bed. I was trying hard to remember the dream she woke me from and only got snippets of emotion. I fall asleep.

I have a false awakening were I get up from her bed and get into my own. I go to sleep and enter another dream. I am at an old church friends house. We are just hanging out. They are living in a small converted upstairs into an apartment type thing. I see an ash tray and a pack of herbal cigarettes. I smoke them. It tastes like the smell of burning paper. I immediately feel guilty because I quit smoking in January and I feel like I messed up even-though they are gross herbals. Then I feel even more guilty because I am the house of a church friend with children.

I falsly remember a time had a high speed chase from cops and I hid in the roof. But they found me and arested me.
look out a peep hole and see cops throwing walnuts at the roof. It makes a loud thunk sound.
