      Whoa

I was listening to binaural tones. Than the voice changed I cannot explain this, I was also wilding the nap way. I opened my eyes after hearing the voice change and there was a blue tinge and the voice repeated it lasted for a sec and than I woke up performed an rc. Was this SP or was I sleeping and therefore lding? Edit If I were to explain the voice change deeper more powerful and angrier guttural even.

I would guess that you were in SP and this was a hypnagogic hallucination. Though i cannot be 100% sure. You will have to think back and see if you ever lost consciousness or transitioned into a dream. Like I said, I believe it most likely was a hallucination brought on by SP.

Thanks I'm caught between the two, I couldn'T move but I immedeatly thought to myself oh it's a dream tried to do an rc, lost the blue tinge. The only reason i think dream is because it felt like I woke up does that happen leaving SP?

Yeah, you can feel the sensation of waking up. When SP sets in, your body and mind have started the process of sleep. So, when you kick out of it, it can sometimes feel as if you woke up.

so how do I differentiate between the two because when I tried the rc in sp it didn't work and I left it, thus messing it up
