boy im glad i cought this post when i did! so how did it go.

my brother brought my cd player to work so i couldnt do it,il do it 2nite.
i think it could work because if you listen to white nice and your tired its almost hypnogenic or trance like.anyone can download it from any music site,i got it from limewire.

edit:what was that film called white noise about,i never saw it but is it about if you listen to it you hear voices or something?

Plot Summary for White Noise (2005)
When the unexpected happens, architect Jonathan Rivers has become a grieving widower, wallowing in deep confusion over the death of his wife. But a paranormal expert approaches Jonathan with the unlikely: the ability to hear his wife from beyond the grave. Through a form of unusual communication known as EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon), Jonathan will finally be able to see his wife. But in doing so, Jonathan has drawn himself into a much more complex situation when his curiosity becomes an obsession. Only that obsession will have him confront those not of this world, and some of them don't approve of Jonathan's interference with their destructive nature.

BTW.. it sucked. LOL!! I was sooo disappointed as I had great expectations for this movie and neither my husband nor I found it scary, intense or thought provoking.

ok il be going to bed in a half hour.i got a cd player so il post results in the morning.i just hope its not like the film and have ppl talkin to me from beyond the grave i hope it helps me wild and i have some alcohol in my systm to so wish me look.

i tried it out last night,it definatley sped up the wild process,i didnt go all the way but i got to the numbness part and heavy chest very fast.it helped me relax cos i wasnt listening to people walkin around the house etc,all i listend to was a constant sound of nothingness,like when you put a sea shell to your ear.
tonight il try go all the way beyond the numbness
