Thread: Does anyone recall other dreams, while dreaming?

That's interesting, I've sort of had this happen, so far more often in non-lucids. When it's in a non-lucid I refer to it as a false memory, like in this one dream I had, I thought I'd been to this water park before but it was a false memory. I've also had non-lucids where I'll think that I've dreamed something before.

Yes, I have had that happen lots of times too...like you said, that mainly happens in non-lucid dreams.

When I recall other dreams while lucid though...it is the entire dream, just as I recalled it when I had it, or like right now if I think back on it. And I know, like, 'oh, right, I remember that dream...that was really cool with the alley door that went into the___' (or whatever that specific dream was) and then wondering why I am recalling other dreams, while I am here in this dream...it is interesting.

They are often other dreams I already have written in a journal too, so I can see they are not false memory When I wake and write the current dream, I can look back and read the others, and check to see if they are accurate.

I recall other dreams while dreaming too. It's helpful to try other stuff. Like my dreams on elevators that don't stop on the floor i want. Everytime i dream of elevators i remember the experiences i had in previous dreams and try to do something different (or the same, if i liked the experience).
