      What is going on?

Hi all, Grazy here from central Florida. Anyways, over the last year or so I've been on my way to sleep, immediately indulging into a dream, every time in the dream I'm driving around confused as to why I'm not still in my bedroom. (Knowing that just seconds before I was trying to go to sleep) I realize I'm in a dream and the second I do, I can feel myself still in my bed but I'm still stuck in this dream, I get a horrifying feeling that somethings waiting for me so I stop driving and try to wake myself up. I can feel myself basically being dragged back to my bed, somewhat like I was Astral projecting and my life line was pulling me back. As this is happening the feeling gets worse and worse and starts to feel like something is trying to pull me away. I fight it as hard as I can and eventually end up in sleep paralysis is my bed, WITH A FREAKING DEMONIC VOICE SCREAMING as loud as possible in my ear to the point I can't even understand what it's saying but I just keep telling myself to wake up, which doesn't happen for a good lengthy time while this voice is screaming at me. I finally use all my energy to force myself awake, and when I do, I'm so scared I can't even go back to sleep, and this has been happening a few times a month at least. Every time it's within SECONDS of lying down. Last night I turned my TV off at 1145 and awoke after all this at 1155. I don't understand how it immediately happens especially when I'm not even tired enough to just pass out. Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas on what might be going on?

      Thanks in advanced!

My first guess is that this is caused by stress accumulated during the day that's being released.

It's said that while in a dream you can still feel your physical body. Sleep paralysis is scary I know but it's nothing to be afraid off. All the things you see, hear, feel are all part of your mind.

      Thanks for the replies!

Any reason as to why it only happens every time I try coming out of a lucid dream?
Is that just something that varies from person to person during that stage?

Plus I'm not worried about the sleep paralysis, it's just the crazy screaming that happens during, that used to never happen before.
