Lucidology 102 Workout :)

Hey I just bought the Lucidology 102 it seems promising.
I am not new to lucid dreaming, but I am new to this forum. I used to hang out on the lucidipedia forum that I think is based on Stephen LaBerge's research and book, so now I ended up here, because this forum seemed to be a little more active.
Anyhow, I have had a couple of lucid dreams with Wake Back to Bed Milds and Dilds and som Deilds, but they only lasted for a couple of minutes. So I tried normal WILD for a while without any results... So I am going to try the Lucidology 102, maybe someone else have tried it and had some success with it?

Oh and I have to start a new Dream Journal on this forum.

Lucidipedia is a great website, particularly for its dream journal section. Although you're right, this forum is a LOT more active.

I'm not aware of Lucidology, I hope you didn't spend too much money on it though as there are a wealth of resources here for free!

I've heard of Lucidology (I actually started learning about lucid dreams because of Lucidology 101). I don't know if Dream Views has information on what is in Lucidology 102, but we probably do. I think it has something to do with imprinting an image in your mind or something and you will remember it or see it in your dream and become lucid, is that right? I never wanted to buy 102 because I always thought that whatever information is in it would be somewhere on the internet (like here).

Hey I bought the Lucidology 102 and what I think is best about it is not the Lucidology 102 itself. The best part was a video with him describing the Lucidology 101. (Questions and Answers)
So that's what I am using now and that's the only thing you need the Lucidology 102 is about how to Visualize correct to go from sleep paralysis into an OBE/ lucd dream and that you can learn on dreamviews yeah
