      Hello everyone!

      My name is Shoose, and I stumbled across this interesting forum while I was doing some random searches in google about imagination and making sleep more interesting.

      My attention was caught mainly on WILD. I've been trying to do it for 2 days, but it seems I still have to practice.

      I hope we will all be happy together and have fun!

      While I cannot provide much assistance on lucid dreaming itself, a dream journal is almost guaranteed to help, from what I know.

      Yo and welcome to dreamviews.
      Be sure to check out this guide if you haven't already: http://www.dreamviews.com/introducti...-dreaming.html , it contains general information about lucid dreaming and tips to start out.
      WILD seems to be somewhat difficult way to start for many people, i would recommend DILD, but if you are sure that you want to go for WILD, check out this tutorial: WILD , for in-depth information about the process.
      And as SilentEternity said, start the dream journal and pick an reality check to use through the day and on waking up, and remember that you need to expect reality check to work and put emotions in it, like "Wow, am i dreaming?".
      Also visit Dreamviews Academy and it's intro class: Intro Class , it's a nice place for new people to start out.
