      hello

      hello i am new here
while i usually don't remember my dreaming (maybe once a year) but wen i do it's at least somewhat lucid and extremely powerful (i think about it for days)
recently however i have remembered it much more frequently (about once a week) and instead of being normal stuff it got extremely confusing
Searching about it i ended up here so i will try to learn how to lucid dream and see if i can make some sense of it

When you wake up lie still and go thru lists of stuff you might have dreamed about this will help with recall
(first turn off alram etc, then return to same position as you woke up, grasp for any thing your can remember)
then journal your dream. Write down all you can recall this will help you find your dream signs like recently for me its finding tons of coins.

So when I wake up if I remember nothing I might ask myself did I dream of finding coins?

Learn to reality check when ever you wake up, this way you can detect false awakenings (or reality check also thru the day so you can happen to do it in dreams and become lucid)

Learn to stabilize, once your in a lucid dream keep calm and do something like hand evaluation (looking closely at your hand) or hand rubbing, if you begin to destabilize immediately rub your hands together or some other technique, if you lose vision remain calm rub your hands, and believe the dream will return or imagine where you want to be. Also I find if I am in the void but am on the ground I just walk along and feel for door handles then I open the door and sight returns.

These are the main tips I would give someone starting out. Recall from lists of everything you think you might have dreamed of in quiet sleeping position, then journal all detail, reality check on waking, reality check thru day, if in lucid dream stay calm, and focus, stabilize, and if you lose the dream fight to get it back by rubbing hands and walking about.

Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.
