I've been attempting WILD, waking up 5 hours after I fell asleep, walking around a bit, drinking a glass of water then going back to bed. I've laid on my back, hands at my sides completely still, but I still get nothing. The last time, after trying WBTB I laid there for 50 minutes with seemingly no change besides a small amount of tingling. Hopefully you guys have some suggestions for me, because I'm still eager to get this to work! Thanks! |
