You should try Auto-suggestion. I would constantly tell myself that I will have a clear dream that I can remember, and in the morning, I remember a very clear realistic dream! I've done it twice and have had more and more clear dreams. Works, too, If you constantly tell yourself that you will have a lucid dream.

Because a lot of times things will just change behind your back in a dream; for instance one of the more popular reality checks is to look at something then to turn away, look again and if its changed you know you're dreaming, so perhaps they might change with your back turned.. als if you just walk away then you might be able to keep your lucidity which means you could do other funner things!

Before u go 2 sleep, have some tea or apple juice. It increases vividness(clarity), and do it at WBTB. It helps.

So how did everyones night go? Mine was fairly uneventful although I can remember being on a stage playing a guitar which is funny because although I own a guitar I can't play it for crap!

I guess ... but if I could have a dream regardless of bad or not ... I would at least have the possibility of becoming lucid.

Don't beat yourself up about it I mean all I can remember is standing on a stage with a guitar which isn't much better than nothing.

(Btw sooner or later I'll answer in a less happy/optimistic mood - ignore it lol)

Oh, just random stuff, most of the time I'm in a "meh" mood where I don't give a crap about anything but sometimes I'll have good and bad moods randomly so watch out.

      Oh yeah.. last night.

Designing a new wall design for a house in South Park - I was Stan
Walking home from school a way I have never walked home from school before
and some other stuff I can't remember.

Another night with almost no dreams all I can remeber is that my painted nails kept chipping off and my eyebrows (that I go get done) kept growing rather quickly. I am asuming that this is because I had only a few hours before i went to sleep went to the nail salon. Oh well ... not so exciting.

Actually, you have about 4-5 dreams every night. But most people forget all of their dreams in the morning. If you are persistant in writing in your dream journal, than you might start being able to remember all of your dreams all the time ^.^ Every time you wake up in the middle of the night, write down your dreams if you remember them NO MATTER WHAT! Some people (including me, once) say to themselves "I will remember this in the morning, and I will write it down then". Well, you most likley won't.

      Good luck and happy dreaming,
      Puppycat

Maybe if you would have read her post, you would know that this thread has nothing to do with dream control >.<
