      Some Questions...

I got interested in lucid dreaming last summer and found it amazing and did an insane amount of reality checks and only recorded like one dream, but there was only one problem... i could never achieve it :/ i quickly lost interest. Then about in november or october i gained interest again after finally lucid dreaming. I started reality checks again but then after a few weeks i lost interest again and about 2 months ago had another lucid dream (my second). I guess i'm starting to get into it again because just recently i found this app for my ipod touch called attractor and while reading the description, lucid dreaming caught my eye so i immidiately downloaded it. anyways some of my questions are...

      1. While WILDing do i keep my eyes open and closed?

      2. While WILDing how do i know when i am dreaming or something?

      3. Are there any easy way to lucid dreaming that i could try? i am going to try the attractor application tonight once i figure out if i should play the binural beats through speakers or headphones.

      4. Should i play binural beats trough speakers or headphones?

      First off, WILD tutorial

      1. Closed.
      2. The HH you are seeing can turn into a dreamscape, or it can disappear, the tutorial tells you what to do then.
      3. If you don't want to do RCs... I would suggest DEILD.
      4. Not sure... I don't know much about binural beats.

      Hope that helped.

I hope you stay with it this time.
      Bollocks.

Oh sorry... I've been here too long.

      HH is Hypnagogic Hallucinations.

      RCs are Reality Checks.

      Read through the acronym list...
