      Any WILD mp3 aids?

      I've been trying to have a WILD but no luck, so I was hoping there would be an mp3 I can listen to while trying to WILD? Thanks guys.

      I hear some people use Theta or Alpha Binaural beats. Anything that you can listen to that helps you fall asleep could possibly help. Personally, I really like Alpha Binaural beats to meditate and relax to, but anytime I've listened to anything while trying to WILD I've found it impossible to fall asleep.
