Why on earth are you seeking adoption Schlachtfeld? I've seen you answering more correct questions in my thread than anyone else has in a very long time. If there are some concepts or problem areas in which you are having trouble with, I'd be more than glad to assist you but I am admittedly surprised at this thread.

At any rate, I go a lot more in depth than what the article in the WILD section covers. Raising energy, meditation, affirmations etc. are just a few of the fundamentals I cover before putting theory into practice. I'm fond of Robert Bruce's Mastering Astral Projection in 90 days book and can honestly say that I've had past students follow along in that with transcendental results. Belief in the astral realm is irrelevant. It's what the fundamentals in the book cover that are paramount to LD'ing (and AP'ing if you're into that).

I have a good memory for information that I read, which makes it easy to spit said information back out when someone asks a question. Things I can't answer are the things that you have to draw from actual experience. But I will definitely request your help when needed.
