      Shift is Looking to ADOPT!

Name Shift. I am 20 years old, a biology/psychology student in my third year of college.

Abilities 85 LDs so far. Able to get DILDs about twice per week±, and have WILDed a few times. I've also been a Dream Guide on DV since September 6, 2008. So I have enough 'knowledge' to make you want to vomit and run screaming, while simultaneously lucid dreaming like nobody's business. A literature collection that will boggle the minds of even those who can understand it. I am pretty good with dream control and coming up with creative ways to make things work on the first few tries.

Amount of time you've been having lucid dreams 5 years. Seriously for almost exactly a year.

When you are usually available to answer questions Always.

What I expect from the adoptee Maturity and dedication. Don't waste your time contacting me if you're going to end up wasting mine. My goal is to to teach someone to be an awesome lucid dreamer. I would like to adopt a relatively intellectual, mature, and dedicated individual whose goal in LDing is not simply to replicate their favorite anime or sex up DCs. I would like for my adoptee to be at least 18 years of age, although if the maturity is there I do not care so much about age. I'd prefer it if older members, who aren't going to be dazzled by the forums but still want to learn, try me out, since I think I could teach you lucid dreaming probably on that next level that one desires.

!!! I'm highly skeptical when it comes to beyond dreaming topics. So just an fyi, approaching me with questions on this will usually lead to tons of skepticism and I can teach you nothing about such 'paranormal' topics. I do not have a lot of experience WILDing. At the time of this posting I have had 6. I have the theoretical knowledge, but if you're looking for someone who can provide firsthand experience, what I've accomplished is very minimal and I'm not the person for you. If you are starting out and just want to learn to DILD, please respond. If you want to learn to WILD, but currently don't have the time and sleep to waste learning it but want to build a foundation, please respond. If you just want someone to teach you, but without the wealth of first-hand experience, please respond. If you want to learn things like how to reality check, what SP is, what hypnagogia is, how to DILD, etc. then we should talk.

Ok, now that I have gotten that out of the way, I'm actually rather easy going and friendly person and would just really like to teach someone to lucid dream one-on-one so that they can benefit and share the same ability as I have since learning to lucid dream. I feel that lucid dreaming can infinitely increase the quality of a person's life and I'd like to improve the world in one of the ways I can, by improving peoples' lives on an individual and personal level. It's also one of my favorite hobbies. So if this sounds like something you're interested in definitely feel free to respond and let's see if we can't get you lucid dreaming within two weeks I'm looking to pick up maybe 2-3 adoptees at a time, so get in touch with me and I'll consider them all until I've got 3 that I think will work well

Ok so if you're interested please reply here:

Status in life (ie student, out of school, etc): Student

How much sleep can you get per night?: 8-9 hours on school days

I’ve been a member since July 8th last year and I’ve been pretty consistent with this site. I haven’t had much luck with lucidity but I haven’t really given it my all and I could do better. I’ve tried to WILD a few times but have only gotten close once…I think I’m ready for something new. I have pretty decent recall but I’d have to get use to jotting notes during school time instead of writing the dreams I remember later. I love finishing writing a dream and I’m passionate about using words to describe them perfectly. I actually like some beyond dreaming topics but it doesn’t have to be a big topic if you decide to take me on. I’m a little shy of it, but I really love your bluntness and wonder how the adopting thing would work out. It’s all about giving it a try.

Wow, this sounds like a dream...lucid dream, come true! First things first, is there a guarantee on this...in case I want my money back?

      # LDs had, and type: A few low quality WILDs, as well as a few low quality MILDs. (For a total of less than 10).
Do you keep a dream journal: Sure do.
A link to a DJ, if you keep it online: http://dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=71156 bam.
Status in life (ie student, out of school, etc): Currently out of school, about to join the Air Force in a few months to train for a kick ass job and pursue more schooling.
How much sleep can you get per night?: Anywhere from 3 to 15. Usually 7 hour nights, however.

Use me if you can, I won't mind if you don't!

      Peace!

Dream Journal? Not online, but yeah, sure do, write in it every morning
Status in Life just finished school, working
      Hours of sleep 8 hours

might not be over 18, but i don't really see why that would make a difference, as long as im dedicated right? anyway I really need help with techniques, and i have a lot of questions. if not an adoptee, then i wouldn't mind having a friend? that would be just as awesome ;D someone to talk to :3

LD's: 28, spread out over 1.5 years. Length: between 30 seconds and 5 minutes.
      Dream Journal: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=69043
      Status: Studying at university.
Hours of sleep: Between 5 and ...lots - depends on what I need. Potentially at least 13 hours. Enough, lol.

I started reading about Ld'ind in early 2008, but I really want to get practicing techniques, especially WILD. If can, and will do anything you ask; as I can be quite dedicated. I will update my DJ daily, and since I'm online pretty much everyday; staying in touch won't be a problem.
      Current projects:
      -Acquire the Aurora
      -Test galatamine, huperzine and choline
-Find smartwatch app for RC reminders at certain intervals
-Ressurect my dream log here, and become more active

I have decided to adopt my first five applicants, (NostalgicHoney, HH, Delphi, Elis D., and Desert Claw). Thanks to the rest of you for your interest! As soon as I am adopting again I will ask you if you still would like to be!
