I decided to make this my official random scribble thread...so there's going to be more than one poem here. Figured I wouldn't spam up the forum with too many unneeded threads.

I was in math, and I scribbled this down. I know it's short, but I thought it went along fairly well compared to the nothing that I've been writing lately.
I might add more to it later...or something.

wake up to the silence
a never-ending new
wake up to the screaming
they're calling out to you

we'll take it step by step
but now we're falling through
this eternally boundless sky
it's just a clouded blue

the long forgotten sunshine
the faded memory true
perhaps one lonely day
my tears will then fade, too

kick ass stuff. There should be a "Random Skribbles" thread dedicated to these quick writings or random skribbles and let everyone type something random and see what we come out with.

I've been searching for you for so long,
I've forgotten where to land.
Each step is getting heavier,
But I still believe that I can.

It's my last resort.
My hope in the dark.
A comfort on the wind
When things become stark.

Sometimes I get lost.
My feet lead me astray.
But in a never-ending effort,
You pull me from the fray.

This is my last retort.
To prove to you that I can
Do anything for you.
It's my bleeding plan.

Alright, woke up in the middle of the night, definate random, very short scribble. Perhaps I'll expand on it later.

Feeling so broken
so endlessly lost
in this heaven
but pain is it's cost

flawed perfection
supposedly gone
but perfection is
just one big con

my wings can't carry
my soul in this place
I lay doomed in this land
tears down my face

I'll cry out to someone
anyone at all
but then they all gather
just to watch me fall

feeling so broken
the pieces lay around me
but only the sadness
can one day set me free

my feet hurt...my heart hurts more
one more step, and I'll be out the door
because forgeting you
is my last, too

I fixed the other poem.

it's this emptyness inside of me
that makes me who i seem to be
and if ever you were to ask
i'd surely take off this mask
and pour my troubles to you

it's just a double identity
my perfect enemy
who i want to be
and then who others choose to see
keeping me forever chained

sometimes i feel the pained need
to give up all this childish greed
and show you who i really am
but would you even give a damn?
it hurts always

so when i think about forever
you and me, possibly together
i finally understand the lie
and all my dreams begin to fry
as the tears flow

dreaming of what the future would bring
but nothing feels like anything
feeling hopeless, lost, and tired
the opposite of who i'd admired
a sense of utter shame

lifting body over feet
someday again we might meet
getting up is harder than the fall
but you taught me
nothing's worth it all
