      This is the Kanji character for 'Happiness' or (Sachi; Shiawase). The reason I got it is more important than the image itself. It's basically symmetrical and its in a place I can't possibly see naturally. Basically I know it's there with me but I'll never see it. If I think I can see it outside of me (ie. mirror), it is only its mirrored image, in otherwords 'unhappiness' even though the mirrored image looks exactly the same. Notice the lines of color showing an almost rotting or poisonlike effect.

      The moral being I can show people happiness but I will never truely see it myself even though its always with me. Sad but true (for me anyway). Got it when I was 18 some 6 years ago


      Edit: If you take away the first horizontal line in the cross at the top but keep the rest the same it becomes (Tsurai; Karai) or Pain, Bitter... kinda interesting

      My heart is currently in Houston. *sigh*

      Lisa...I dunno about those lower back ones. First of all...do what YOU find sexy...don't do it for what some guy might think. Secondly, like every girl in the freakin world practically has a lower back tattoo. I dunno, they just seem soooo over done. No offense to anyone who has one. But I think if you are going to do it...do something unique.

      I've also found out that most guys see lower back tattoos as an easy lay if you know what I mean.

      well, we ARE talking about me

      and yes, the lower back ones are overdone, but I gotta say, in all honesty, the small of my back is the smoothest empty canvas on my body..could really use some color (not to mention it's one of the best places for an opera chic to get a tattoo, won't be visible under any costumes)
