Tears can't accurately express the way that I feel
Too tired to cry, too surreal to believe that moment was real
Thoughts play back and pervade my mind
Like a record player on repeat, frozen in time
This can't be real, it all happened so sudden
What we were building, demolished into nothing
The thoughts, the memories, our times I'm retracing
My heart is crying and my mind is racing
I look around and see no options to fall on
Save to be that friend, that one you can call on
So that's what I'll be, whether it's wrong or it's right
