Some kind of wax sounds like the simplest solution. |

This newer super epoxy, which may be got on ebay. Drys to resemble plastic. I have used it to repair microscope bases, and other things. It has a holding power of 2,000 to 3,000 lbs per square inch. Epoxy resins are nice for making things. Make your molds out of wax. |
