They range from nice and pleasent, to loud and obnoxious. The one thing I noticed the most is that everyone always seems rushed and pays little attention to stuff that doesn`t affect them.

Americans are asleep at the wheel for the most part. As a nation our ability/willingness to look at things objectively and analyze the facts are poor. The ones that are the "constitutionalist" types and peaceful dissenter's are afraid to speak up due to the "brown shirt" tactics used by our para-military police force that is in bed with the federal governments agenda for population control. BUT!!! A good many are waking up. And more will follow. Our citizenry for the majority of us DO NOT follow the agenda of our leading government officials.

If you want information on our two political spectrums by stereotype, then just look at Quester's and Jdog's posts. Quester began with an inaccurate supposition that Jdog decided to react to by attacking him personally, and then claiming opposite, and equally inaccurate views. The fact is Americans' perspective on America is slanted in such ways primarily because they get pissed off at the "ignorance" of each other and compensate their own views, so you're not likely to find the real truth by asking us. I'll give you my opinion anyway. Weed is huge here, it's basically everywhere. Not that everyone smokes it, but that it's a popular thing to do in every single town in the country. One would certainly not be an outcast in any particular social environment by smoking marijuana or drinking large amounts of alcohol. Moderation is for sissies, and whatever you do you're going to get judged into a group. Even though like 90% of people both here and abroad are good people just trying to raise families and shit people are generally viewed as bad people by some faction or another in this great country of ours. Also, we pride freedom above all else but seem to for the most part turn a blind eye to our freedoms being stripped away. The news doesn't tell us jackshit about the real world and denies historical events. The masses ridicule any idea that's different from what they're used to. And our health system sucks. Also obesity is a problem, and our beer sucks. But if you want a real look, watch Saved by the Bell or Dawson's Creek or like Grod said, Fresh Prince of Bel-air. Those are pretty accurate representations of American People.

I've never seen that web site and still haven't, I am not rude or insulting just because I have a different take on things and I am not a 9/11 conspiracy theorist. She is brainwashed to react rather than discuss. The rest of her post is accurate though. And I think that the things in both our posts can be exhibited by the same person. You are rude and insulting now. And she did discuss. And she clearly is no more brainwashed than you.

America is exactly like the U.K except for a few cultural diffrences, and america has alot of fast food restrants, but I hear the rest of the world is catching up on that. I wouldn't say I'm the general american, nor would I say the general american is anything diffrent from a general person from other nations as developed, and not religiously out of control or anything.
