Do you read nutrition facts? That can help a lot. Try and keep your sodium levels as low as possible (you're supposed to get around 500 mg a day) - it may be unrealistic as so many things contain lots of salt so even it out with at least a water intake of 1.5 litres. Drinking this much water a day will even help clear up your skin. |

Thanks CB. I used to read how many calories was in everything, but thats about it, i never really looked into the nutrition side of things. I'm willing to change things for long term results, you see i won't have all that much time to get the most exercise, so anything i can do to lose weight by eating and changing my diet, i'll take it. I want to be in shape by the next college year. Its getting to the point recently where i feel uncomfortable with the surrounding fat, on my arm it is wobbling a lot and it goes right through me. Same for my belly, if i lean sideways i can feel it colliding hehe |

Great stuff guys, well hopefully i should be able to get somewhere with this change in my diet, i'll take it slowly and make sure to stay focused. I got two weeks to get used to it, so hopefully i can do so. |
