Tell me what you would want done with your dead body.

A little macabre, but at the same time, optimistic. As for me, I always thought it would be a good idea to scatter my ashes on a patch of ground and plant an oak there, and since ash is very fertile, you could say I was essentially part of that oak. Either that or just put my coffin under the tree, but I could see it being broken open by roots and the like... If that doesn't happen, one of those old, quiet, tree-surrounded cemeteries would do nicely. Nothing by any roads. Oh, and I would like to be buried in Europe. You know, one of those really old cemeteries that have been long forgotten, and if a local tells you to go over the ridge and a ways into the forest, you'll find it in a clearing. I know people who want their bodies in cryo. That's a little creepy for me, but if there ever is a life-rescusitating machine developed in the future, and it works on preserved, frozen bodies, you'd still have to deal with coming back to life in a preservative embalmed, frozen, withered dehydrated body. I'd rather rest in peace, thank you.

My brother is studying to become a biomolecular technology thingy, and he has talked about moving humanbrains into robots, thus retaining counsciousness, and having infinite life aswell. If he manages to build it before we both die, I would probably move myself into such a device. As for my dead body, I would probably have all my organs donated (those that are useful anyway) and then just get me buried somewhere. Doesn't matter that much to me.

I'm dead so I'm not going to care. Doctors/scientists can grab the organs they want and just burn the rest of me. I don't want a fancy, expensive urn, either. Just shove my ashes in a coffee can and when they can, my relatives/friends can dump me on some coffee plantation (Kona would be nice, I think). That way, if anyone ever wanted to pay their respects, all they have to do is raise a glass and sip away If they couldn't do that, just throw me in a garden somewhere or something. I don't want an expensive funeral, either. Just a simple memorial service with a potluck afterwards. As far as flowers, hopefully I die when the lilacs are in bloom. But even flowers aren't necessary. "Don't scatter roses after I'm gone; give them to me while I carry on." Meh, I'm dead. I don't need a lazer-light show.

Thats not the worse one. He has two ways that if he ever commited suicide, a way it would go. The first is he wants to be shot up with a lot of novicane, so he can still walk, but cant feel anything, then jump into a wood chipper feet first, and see himself shot up onto a canvas. his friends would then dry it, sell it, and use the money for beer money! The second, was wear coveralls, fill them with candy, then jump off a building. all the people that walked by would say; "Poor guy, must have been really depres-- Oh! A Snickers!"
