Ok, so i've decided to start going for jogs\runs again. Id like to know what people eat\drink before they run. I find if i get up and run without eating my legs start to feel weak within 10 minutes. Does anyone have a certain diet plan sorta thingo before they run and what is it?

Also now that i think about it the first time i went i got pains in my chest but it seems to not happen much now. Is that normal if your not used to it?
