You mean animations? I've done a few. Quite a bit of work/effort is required. Unless you a really good artist and can get all the drawings right the first time, it takes a lot of fine-tuning. Also, organization (of layers, scenes, and movieclips) is very important in making an animation. The only Flash development software I've used is Flash 8 and Flash CS3 by Adobe.
