yeah, its amazing. I was getting slow progress for the last few months (LD here, LD there, nothing very consistant). Now i'm getting 5-8 a night now. Strangely enough, I found whats triggering so many.

I'm usually not to big into exercising, I mean I do stuff like pushups and situps everyday. But as to running, I havn't been doing so much. So last night I ran about a mile, came in chilled for a bit and ate dinner, then went to sleep. I had 8 LDs i can remember.. possibly more. They were not light ones either, they were in the middle of the night (2-4 am period) and they were VERY vivid and very realistic.

Its so awesome, that I can just WILD right into them without even thinking. I mean, i'd wake up, look around my room. Then say to myself, not dreaming. Then I'd close my eyes and just "feel" an LD, and within like 5 seconds I'd feel STRONG vibration and complete numbness. From here I can just slip right into a LD.

As a side note, I also take a multivitamin before I goto sleep, but this didn't help before, only when I did running for about a mile or walking for at least 3 miles.

The last time I had this vivid was about a week ago when I was just doing constant walking during the day, thats when I got the idea to run a few hours before going to sleep.

Now since I can WILD at will during the middle of the night, i may try an OBE soon. Being that its right in the middle of the night with only 3-4 hours of sleep, LDs are very easy to control and its easy to fall asleep.
