Thread: DreamSigner

Hello guys, havent been a member here very long but all ready being part of this community has improved my dream experiences. In return I would like to share this with you; a little something I made to help me RC.

I made this for two reasons - Firstly, I am a Visual learner. If I see an image it sticks in my mind much better than being told about the image (Auditory Leaners)....I figured that some people might be like me and maybe the audio tapes and other classic techniques dont work so well for them either. The second reason I made this is that I use my computer alot. When Im working on some project or any other I often become distracted and forget to RC. This kind of solves both of thoose problems....

DreamSigner - A tiny program I made in Visual Basic. It will allow you to choose an image file from you pc that will act as your dreamsign/rc reminder/etc. When you start the program Dreamsigner will run in the background unoticed. Every half an hour your chosen image will pop up on screen prompting you to do an RC. Simple!

This is very basic, but over the last week I have been using it I have noticed an impact and thats why I wanted to share it and see if it helps anyone else. I also use it to 'incubate' dreams.....I used a picture of a person I no longer see,think about or dream about. Now this person is a regular character in my dreams!

Let me know if this helps anyone and maybe I will look to doing a future version - including different times/sound alerts and multiple pictures.
