Waken Up Too Early for a WBTB

      Hello everyone
Last night I tried to WBTB, I slept at 9 PM, so I set the alarm to wake me up at 2 AM.
But somehow I was waken up at 12 midnight.

So my question is, what should I do ?
Should I just sleep again until 2 AM, or wake up and do WBTB ?

      Thanks

I think it's great that you woke up without an alarm, waking up naturally is so much better. But before I can answer your question I need to know: Do you always go to bed at 9pm? And when you woke up at midnight did you recall any dreams?

I usually go to bed between 9 to 10 PM.
I did recall my dream when I woke up last night, but then I just continued my sleep and cancel WBTB.

I think you should set your alarm for 3am next time and continue to sleep. After 6 hours your REMs will be longer and you will have more of a chance to become lucid.

OK, I'll set it to 3 AM tonight.
But if I waken too early again, I should just do WBTB, right ?

If you continue to awaken early then yeh you should try the WBTB at that time for a few days. If nothing comes up, then just go straight back to sleep until 3.
