Nokia N900 lucid dreaming application (SleepAnalyser)

Does anyone own an N900?

There's a fella at the N900 forums who has made an app that will record your movement during sleep.

There is a discussion on how we could add functionality to this app that will recognise the correct time to set off an alarm during the night in hope to cause an LD.

Does anyone have any ideas on how this should be gone about?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

Why don't you give us the link to that discussion?

From what I've read here, if the app can tell when you are in REM, then it should work like the NovaDreamer, that is, it detects REM and immediately gives you a cue (probably an audio cue in this case). The best option would be for the user to choose what file from the phone should play when it happens.
